There are eight directors being considered for the job recently vacated by Darren Aronofsky, and they are: Jose Padilha (Elite Squad), Doug Liman (Bourne Identity), Antoine Fuqua (Training Day), Mark Romanek (Never Let Me Go), Justin Lin (Fast Five), Gavin O’Connor (Warrior), James Mangold (Knight and Day), and commercials director Gary Shore. These are more or less all fine if, relative to Aronofsky, prosaic choices. So, to ramp up the excitement, how about the dudes settle it via some televised bro competition?
