Rob Lowe has signed on to play Drew Peterson in an upcoming Lifetime movie, tentatively titled Ladykiller, on account of the murdering Peterson has been accused of. He’s the Chicago-area former police officer who stepped into the national spotlight when his fourth wife Stacy, a woman 23 years his junior, disappeared in 2007; after a string of bizarre media appearances, Peterson was later indicted for the murder of his third wife. Kaley Cuoco will play Stacy, but there’s no word yet on who will play the agents and managers who should have steered both Lowe and Cuoco far, far away from this project. [Deadline]
