Actor Andrew Keegan, of 7th Heaven and 10 Things I Hate About You fame, was tasered and cuffed by police last night outside the Marina Del Ray house where he was throwing a party. The dozen or so bicycle cops — going by exclusive images on TMZ — first asked him to turn down the music, at which point, witnesses say Keegan became “very aggressive” and was slammed to the ground. Though not officially arrested and quickly released, Keegan’s still got to be feeling a little jittery after the incident. [TMZ]
