This time it’s sketch duo Pete and Brian accusing McDonalds of ripping off their bit for an ad. Hey, two people talking at the same time! Again! They’re even talking about lawyering up!

“Even though McDonalds did not use our exact language, it is obvious to us that their commercial was inspired by our bit. We are currently talking to our lawyers to see what type of legal action we can take. Who knows what will happen but we can’t let this slide!”

They should talk to Last Call Cleveland, as they also claim to own the idea of simultaneous talking. Maybe you two can join forces and sue Jon Dore and Rory Scovel together! Better sue BriTANick too, looks like they also copied your idea, you being the first people ever to imagine such a unique concept. Finally, you’ll have become rich comedians! Not from being successful, but from the inevitable millions you’ll make from your very smart and well-considered lawsuits.
