Dummies of the world, rejoice! Tina Fey’s new baby has arrived. Approximately nine months after some dude jacked her (probably husband Jeff Richmond), and then his sperm was growing in her stomach, Fey welcomed second daughter Penelope Athena Richmond last Wednesday. Penelope joins 5-year-old sister Alice, and both can look forward to having a mom who, when asked by Ellen DeGeneres about the baby’s sex, replied, “I’m just going to see what it chooses to wear to prom.”
