Just one day after his wedding to Nancy Shevell, Paul McCartney announced that he is adding an extra eleven stops to his “On the Run” tour (or, as less ambitious people would call it, “honeymoon”). “My audiences seem to get better each year and the band and I love the buzz and feedback that they give us,” the ex-Beatle said in a Monday statement. “I can’t wait to see you all for some wild nights of rock n’ roll and partying.” Just what every new bride wants to hear! Luckily for Paul, Nancy seems significantly more understanding than her predecessor. Also, the guy’s almost 70 at this point, so “wild nights” probably doesn’t mean what it used to. (Probably.)
