Nothing Is Impossible for Will.I.Am

Whether it be arranging a concert in China for the U.S. State Department, being Intel’s director of creative innovation, or selling millions of records, it seems like there’s nothing that Will.I.Am can’t do. But sometimes even he doubts himself. After playing his new single “T.H.E. (The Hardest Ever)” for Jimmy Iovine, co-chairman of Interscope Records, Will.I.Am was asked who would be featured on the song. Not having anyone in mind, he threw out a name he thought was impossible enough to get the label off his back. “And it happened, Mick Jagger,” he told Rolling Stone in an interview before tonight’s American Music Awards. “I just wanted to throw something out there that I thought could never be possible so they would stop asking me.” But because he’s Will.I.Am, Jagger had no problem appearing on the song.  As good as he may be at achieving the impossible, we’re not sure even Will.I.Am can surpass the greatness that is “Dancing in the Street.”
