In September, The CW had the bright idea to announce a musical chairs game show, which was then titled Extreme Musical Chairs. Well, make that one bright idea and one not-so-bright idea, since reps for the network said today that they’ve ordered ten episodes of the series but they’ve shucked the old title and renamed it Oh Sit! (Yes, what you’re thinking is exactly what’s intended, as is that exclamation point.) The CW promises that each episode will boast “20 thrill-seeking daredevils [racing] head to head through five physically demanding, obstacle course-style eliminations as they each compete to claim a chair, to the sounds of a live band.” It’ll be the talk of the playground!
