Everyone’s favorite British singing nanny and Austrian singing nun (well, postulant, actually) is set to direct a musical adaptation of the children’s book she co-wrote with her daughter, The Great American Mousical, which, we predict, will involve at least one character dressed up as a giant singing mouse. (Costumes are to be made by Andrews’ ex-husband.) The only downside is the play will only run for about a month, later this year, at the Chester, Connecticut’s Norma Terris Theater.
