Watch Madonna’s Gilded Super Bowl Halftime Show

Madonna’s massively gaudy halftime show started in 1990 with “Vogue” before turning into a buffet of modernity, working in LMFAO, M.I.A., and non-initial-based superstars Nicki Minaj (who faithfully brought fifteen seconds of rapid-fire rhymes and name-dropped her family unfriendly alter ego Roman) and Cee Lo Green and ultimately looping back to the eighties to close with “Like a Prayer.” No one did much to tick off the FCC, save a blink-and-miss it middle finger from M.I.A. Thankfully though, per the best tweet of halftime, an Art Garfunkel lookalike did show up to sport some lethal slacklining maneuvers.
