Sufjan Stevens Has a New Group and an Octomom Song

Dance-friendly, Fox-averse Sufjan Stevens has a new record on the way, though it’s not exactly a follow-up to his 2010 stunner Age of Adz. Pitchfork reports that the folk dreamboat has formed a new band, s/s/s, with Son Lux and the rapper Serengeti, and their four-track EP Beak & Claw will feature an auto-tuned Stevens and a song that’s promisingly entitled “Octomom.” Will Soof get into the multiple-mom’s head the way he once memorably plumbed the depths of John Wayne Gacy? We can’t wait to put this on our new playlist for Janeane Garofalo!
