Steve Carell is close to making as many movies per year as episodes of The Office he filmed per year. The latest casting report says Carell and Little Miss Sunshine co-star Toni Collette will reunite for Jim Rash and Nat Faxon’s The Way, Way Back. Sam Rockwell and Allison Janney will also appear in Faxon and Rash’s directorial debut, centering around a teenager dealing with an uninvolved mom (Collette) and a cheating step-dad (Carell). Variety notes that Carell’s character “likes to drink, do drugs and carouse with other women,” so we could be in for some fun straight out of The 40-Year-Old Virgin’s third act.
