Samuel L. Jackson is not pleased with A.O. Scott’s mixed review of The Avengers in the New York Times. “#Avengers fans, NY Times critic AO Scott needs a new job!” Jackson tweeted today. “Let’s help him find one! One he can ACTUALLY do!” Scott replied that he felt “more flattered than threatened,” but Jackson won’t let up: He just tweeted, “They aren’t going to fire his jaundiced ass & You & I Know It!” and after a fan said that a movie’s big box-office gross doesn’t mean that it’s automatically good, Jackson replied, “Actually, sometimes IT DOES!”
