Broadway actor Chad Kimball is so incensed at Facebook spam that he’s written a song about it, and he tells Gawker that the scourge of shoe spam affects everyone on the Great White Way, from chorus boys to Broadway royalty. “Even Stephen Sondheim and Bernadette Peters [have been spammed],” says Kimball. “These are living legends and they’re just getting shoes thrown at them.” (Though we’re assuming Sondheim got used to that after his misbegotten revival of The Frogs in 2004.)
