Jon M. Chu’s G.I. Joe sequel was bumped to next year to incorporate new reshoots, but that doesn’t mean that studios have lost their faith in Chu’s ability to wring a tentpole movie out of a toy line. Deadline reports that the director is now in talks to make a live-action version of Mattel’s Masters of the Universe … yup, the one with He-Man and Skeletor. Fantasy-cast away! (Will they be saving She-Ra for the sequel?)
