“Didn’t you act a little bit?” is so accidentally condescending. You can tell she meant: “Weren’t you the star of Elmopalooza? Oh, you just played yourself hosting a fake party for Elmo. Hmmm, also, you were in that movie about crossword puzzles, so that’s like acting.” Forget her, Jon, she’s Welsh. Who’s the most famous Welsh actor, Anthony Hopkins? More like Anthony Mop-hims because you’d wipe the floor with him with your acting chops or something. Just call Jon Stewart “Act-hony Chops-kins.” (Don’t do that. Don’t call him or anyone that.)
