How did R. Kelly realize that he was incompatible with his ex-wife of twelve years, Andrea? You may have your own theories, but Kelly has an explanation that beats them all: In his new book Soulacoaster: The Diary of Me, Kelly reveals that a screening of the classic Gosling-McAdams romantic weepie The Notebook forced him to come to terms with his failing marriage. “As the film credits started to roll, I couldn’t move,” writes the singer. “I burst into tears. People walking past me patted me on the back, trying to console me. The Notebook was beautiful, and I was crying because its hero and heroine had died together. But I was also crying because … my marriage had died. And there was nothing I could do to bring it back.” Ryan Gosling himself warned us that this might happen!
