In addition to the Nazis, aliens, serial killers, nuns, priests, and nymphomaniacs we know will be part of the new season of American Horror Story, this second installment will also include “devils and angels,” according to Ryan Murphy. And another one of last year’s cast members is returning after all. “Thrilled to announce Emmy nominee Frances Conroy is returning to AHS,” Murphy tweeted. (Conroy is nominated for Horror Story this year and was nominated four times for Six Feet Under.) “Frannie plays the ultimate angel,” Murphy writes, which, given the bananatown setup of the rest of the season, could mean pretty much anything.
