We told you before that they were planning on pulling the focus away from The Ava Show. Well, this clip makes it clear that that meant canceling the thing entirely. (It also makes it clear that Luka Jones can grow one hell of a beard.) And then as the clip below shows, they’re basically completely flipping the paradigm. It was a pretty smart move, because it restores a central focus and also gives them a justification for why Ava is hanging around all the time. Also, hopefully Chris going back to work means more Paul F. Tompkins!
