Christoph Waltz has been cast to play Mikhail Gorbachev, the former Soviet Union head of state (and head of port-wine stain), in Reykavik. The film centers on a week in 1986 when Ronald Reagan (Michael Douglas) and Gorbachev went to a spa in Iceland to settle on a peace accord. The film may or may not be a zany bromance comedy about two buddies from very different backgrounds chillin’ in a hot tub and eating pickled fish.
