They come from The Lands of Ice and Fire (out October 30), an expansive book of maps penned by George R.R. Martin and illustrated by Jonathan Roberts, and featuring “the whole of Westeros as it’s never been seen before, [in addition to] maps of the cities, the wilderness, and maps showing the exact path all the characters in the books.”
