After touring for approximately five straight years, Florence + The Machine front woman Florence Welch is planning to write a musical along with old friend Sophie Hart-Walsh, a film costume designer who has her nickname tattooed on Welch’s arm. “We always used to write songs about our lives and sing them to each other,” Hart-Walsh says. “We always said we should make them into a musical.” Flo’s coming for you, West End — and, inevitably, Broadway.
