Jon Stewart and his news team tackled the David Petraeus/Paula Broadwell scandal on The Daily Show last night, touching on the fact that Broadwell was a Daily Show guest earlier this year. Stewart rips into himself for not picking up on the affair after listening to Broadwell praise the General nonstop for seven minutes, but at least he came closer to the story than most of those serious, non-Comedy Central journalists, which is pretty impressive in and of itself.
