After what feels like a lifetime of hoping, China Beach is at long last coming out on DVD. All 62 episodes plus bonus features will be released as a complete set early next year. As with most DVD holdups, China Beach was stalled out because of music rights, but according to Time Life, the company cleared around 500 songs, meaning most of the original music will be intact on the DVD. Thus we can now turn our attention to Vulture’s constant plea: Please, someone, release Sisters on DVD. We’ll do whatever it takes. Sis-ters! Sis-ters! Sis-ters!
