Josh Brolin rang in 2013 in a jail cell in Santa Monica. He was discovered “heavily intoxicated” on a sidewalk just before midnight on Jan. 1, then spent a few hours locked up until he was sober enough to go. TMZ says Brolin was not cited for the arrest and the incident “is completely over.” Still, we’d love to see Brolin fire up a Twitter account and take a page from Frank Ocean’s post-arrest playbook — “Hi guys, I drink. Ok guys, bye.”
