Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is negotiating to add Paul Giamatti to its bad guy roster alongside Jamie Foxx as Electro. Giamatti would play Rhino, a role he said he’d “be ready and waiting” for two whole years ago. “I thought Rhino was the greatest thing when I was a little kid,” Giamatti said at the time. Felicity Jones (Like Crazy, The Tempest) is also in talks to join the sequel, although it’s uncertain who she’d play.
