In the clip, host Billy Eichner runs around the streets of New York accompanied by actor Zachary Quinto (Spock from the Star Trek movies), shouting the question “It’s Spock! Do you care?” at pedestrians. A surprising amount of people either don’t believe it’s Spock and/or don’t care.
