Bonjour and happy new Phoenix day! “Entertainment,” the first single off the upcoming Bankrupt, just dropped, and if it is not the danciest Phoenix song ever to be released, it is still a peppy, cryptic, vaguely misanthropic slice of French musical entertainment. Bonus: They helpfully released it with a lyric video, so you don’t have to spend hours arguing over the chorus “1901”-style. The full album drops April 23. C’est bon! (We’re running out of French words, sorry.)
