Oxygen says it hasn’t exactly canceled The Glee Project just yet, despite reports that the show is in danger, girl. “The Glee Project has not been canceled,” a spokesperson told the Wrap. But it hasn’t been renewed, either — though neither has Glee itself. TGP is legitimately great, and it’s everything a reality contest show should be: It’s about talent! Each week seems legitimately challenging for the contestants! It’s engaging without being contrived! Even the judges (including Ryan Murphy) made reasonable decisions and seemed invested in the outcomes. If TGP does indeed bite the dust, someone needs to give judge/mentor/choreographer/ass-kicker Zach Woodlee another show. That guy is the best.
