Courteney Cox has tapped Hello I Must Be Going as her directorial debut. The film will star Seann William Scott as “a depressed man who heads back to his hometown to right some wrongs before committing suicide.” With screenwriter David Flebotte’s credits ranging from Ellen to Desperate Housewives to Boardwalk Empire, there’s no guessing if that plot will skew funny or bleak, so by all means, speculate wildly. Private Practice’s Kate Walsh will co-star as Scott’s sister-in-law. (Also, that title will probably change — it was just used last year.)
