As of this weekend, Dan Harmon was officially back as the man in charge of Community. It appears his first assignment is a strange one: Record the commentary for the season-four DVDs. Harmon revealed the news at Los Angeles Cinefamily theater’s show “Found Crap.” He explained that he hasn’t watched the fourth season yet, saying, “Sony said they’re very interested in recording me watching it as a commentary track.” Wouldn’t he just rag on it? Maybe, but Harmon counters, “it would move season four DVDs, for sure.” He hasn’t made a final decision yet, but he will soon, since he has to watch the season to prepare for season five. Man, we hope he records it drunk and with Chevy Chase.
