Showtime’s about to lose Dexter, but Nurse Jackie’s not going anywhere. The series that won Edie Falco an Emmy (and two more nominations) will return for a sixth season next year. Former Dexterite Clyde Phillips took over the show for season five, and it seems like he was a good choice. “The premium cable show typically ranks well, with about 3 million viewers per episode, and has shown a ten-percent growth from seasons four to five,” EW reports.
