Five years after marrying Josh Duhamel, and seven years after branching out with her own solo album, the lady born Stacy Ann Ferguson is now Fergie Duhamel. TMZ reports the switch became official thanks to paperwork the Black Eyed Pea filed on Friday afternoon in Los Angeles. (She was also required to “publish a notice in a local newspaper for four weeks” prior, per California law.) While it’s likely the imminent birth of Fergie and Duhamel’s baby boy had something to do with the name change, we’d still really like to know if the singer went with “The Duchess” for her middle name.
