If you saw the Funny or Die video of Steve Martin and Kermit the Frog performing “Dueling Banjos” this morning, you may have noticed that it ended with an ad for the upcoming book, Comic Genius: Portraits of Funny People. From Matt Hoyle, Comic Genius is a collection of conceptual photographs from hundreds of well-known comedians, including Steve Martin, Tina Fey, Steve Carell, Conan O’Brien, Kristen Wiig, Zach Galifianakis, Bob Odenkirk, Jon Stewart, Paul Reubens, Catherine O’Hara, Marc Maron, Nick Offerman, John Oliver, Patton Oswalt, Eugene Mirman, Robin Williams, and more. Featuring an introduction by Mel Brooks, the book is due out October 15th with sales supporting Save the Children.
