As established in the first teaser, Diana barely deals with the princess’s life as a royal, unless you count that life’s aftermath — humanitarian tours, paparazzi chases down the street, inability to date random dudes she meets in an elevator. The random dude in question would be Hasnat Khan, and he is the heart surgeon Diana dated secretly after her divorce from Prince Charles. Not to spoil a trailer and/or real life, but: It did not work out. This is a story of star-crossed love! And posh accents. And very heavy blonde wigs. Oh, the burdens of post-royal life.
