First came word of an American Psycho musical, then a straight-up remake, and now it looks like FX is making an American Psycho sequel. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the show is a “follow up” to the book and movie, and finds a modern-day Patrick Bateman now in his mid-50s and still a weirdo serial killer. He decides to take on a protégé who “will become every bit his equal, creating the next generation American Psycho.” God knows what we really need on TV right now is another show about a serial killer.
