In case you have not been following the mysterious Instagram and tweet-at-random-fans campaign: Yes, Arcade Fire’s new album is called Reflektor; it’s out October 29, just in time for your Arcade Fire group Halloween costume; and a new single from the album will drop on September 9. The band just released a teaser for that new song, and you can listen to about 40 seconds of it below. It sounds like the kind of thing you would hear in a sea-life documentary (but a very cool one, about how animals should roam free and enjoy the beauty of the ocean and stuff).
