John Oliver will be returning to Greendale Community College when the fifth season of Community returns to NBC this year, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Having completed his extremely successful summer hosting gig over at The Daily Show, Oliver will once again appear as Professor Ian Duncan on six episodes of the sitcom. Oliver originated his psychology professor in the pilot and was a recurring character for the show’s first two seasons. A premiere date for the next season hasn’t been set yet, but the show will begin airing in repeats on Comedy Central on September 20, making it the third John Oliver show on Comedy Central at the moment alongside The Daily Show and John Oliver’s New York Stand-Up Show.
