Mark Burnett wants to send someone to space, Goddamn it. And just because Destination Mir and Destination: Space never made it to air — or to space! — doesn’t mean he’s gonna stop trying. His latest effort is a show whose prize would send someone to space on one of Virgin Galactic’s suborbital commercial flights, according to TV Guide. None of those Virgin Galactic flights have actually taken off yet, so perhaps contestants would be better off winning a bunch of money and then buying a flight themselves?
