“You’re always gonna make people talk,” Miley Cyrus claims in the trailer for her new MTV documentary. “You might as well make them talk for, like, two weeks, rather than two seconds.” There it is: the Miley Cyrus Doctrine, stated plainly to the camera. That’s probably as much honesty as you’re going to get from this special — unless you count talking hot-dog guns with a confused Britney Spears as “honesty” — but if you wanted an hour-long documentary about Miley Cyrus’s physical inability to sit still, well, you’re in luck.
