After partnering with Beyoncé on her last album, 4, Target is now saying they won’t be carrying Beyoncé’s new one because, as the store’s spokesperson Erika Julkowski told Billboard, “we are primarily focused on offering CDs that will be available in a physical format at the same time as all other formats … it impacts demand and sales projections.” Yes, there is definitely more proof needed that Beyoncé will sell. That was sarcasm; it’s sold 828,773 albums in three days.
