Currently facing DUI and assault charges, Justin Bieber is really in no place to properly promote his latest album, Journals. A few tracks from the collection of songs Bieber released one by one back in November have been made into videos, and with the newest, “Confident,” Bieber’s label hopes they can distract you perhaps just a little bit from his legal woes.
