The cast of Amy Poehler’s David Wain-directed pilot about a retirement home keeps getting better. After news of Natasha Lyonne, Rita Moreno, and Nick Thune joining Old Soul’s lineup, TV Line reports that Fred Willard – who has a recurring role on Modern Family as Phil’s Dad – has signed on to play Hector, “a packrat and Broadway songwriter who has been married to Rita (Rita Moreno), his writing partner, for 50 years.” Willard most recently appeared in Anchorman 2 and will show up in Andy Daly’s new Comedy Central series Review in March.
