Valentine’s Day makes people think of different things: flowers, chocolate, or maybe neurotic, hyper-picky womanizers like Jerry Seinfeld (the character, not the human). For nine seasons, through trial and error — mostly error — he narrowed down what’s really important in a mate (Good heart? Empathy? Pfffft).
