Here’s your first look at the CW’s new incarnation of the Flash. He looks pretty flashy! Grant Gustin, perhaps best known as Sebastian on Glee, stars as Barry Allen, the young scientist who winds up with the gift of super speed. The Flash is a companion piece to and spinoff of Arrow, the CW’s other DC Comics–based show, and comes from executive producers Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and David Nutter. So far the network has only ordered a pilot, so don’t let any Flash-oriented emotions overwhelm you just yet.
