On its third season premiere last night, Billy on the Street “ran into” both Lena Dunham and Elena (from season two!) in the Meatpacking District and challenged them to a little game of “Cash Cow” — which involved Billy Eichner’s opinions on Mary J. Blige (cannot tell a joke), Kelly Rowland (not as talented as Amy Poehler), and adults who watch Once Upon a Time (they are very scary).
