Adam Scott and More Added to Vulture Festival

You didn’t think we were done with the Vulture Festival, did you? We’re pleased to announce three more events:

  • First, on Saturday, May 10, at 3 p.m., Parks and Recreation star Adam Scott and wife/producing partner Naomi Scott will screen and discuss The Greatest Event in Television History with Vulture senior editor Denise Martin. Buy your tickets here.
  • On the other end of the -brow spectrum, How to Read a Novelist author and former Granta editor John Freeman will talk about global fiction with authors Chang-rae Lee (On Such a Full Sea), Téa Obreht (The Tiger’s Wife), and Akhil Sharma (Family Life). It’s on Sunday, May 11, at 11:30 a.m. So get your New York Times reading out of the way early and head on over to Milk Studios. Buy your tickets here.
  • Lastly, Jason Robert Brown, the Broadway composer just nominated for two Tony Awards for his work on The Bridges of Madison County, will sit down with New York theater critic Jesse Green to talk about writing for musicals and then play some of his tunes with vocal accompaniment. They will not all be bridge- or Madison County–related. Buy your tickets here.

Those events, and many more, are on sale right now on the Vulture Festival website. Purchase one. Maybe purchase two. Maybe purchase one each for different events. Or four. But at least one.

You can also see the full Vulture Festival lineup and schedule, and purchase tickets, on our Vulture Festival app, which is available for iOS and Android. See you next weekend!
