Dave Franco — a.k.a the Franco brother that you aren’t totally sick of hearing about yet — has landed his first lead role: in Sony’s adaptation of Shane Kuhn’s recently released novel The Intern’s Handbook: A Thriller. The book is a dark comedy about an intern placement agency that is actually a front for a network of assassins targeting corrupt corporate executives. Franco will presumably play main character John Lago, the agency’s best hit man, who interns at a top Manhattan law firm so he can take down one of the firm’s partners. Knock ‘em dead, little Franco.
