Glen Morgan (of The X-Files) is one of the executive producers behind the upcoming BBC America show Intruders, which premieres August 23. (Not to be confused with that Clive Owen movie with the blurry faces.) Doctor Who’s John Simm plays Jack Whelan, a former LAPD cop, whose wife Amy, played by Mira Sorvino, goes missing. Based on British novelist Michael Marshall Smith’s book of the same title, the show is about a “secret society devoted to chasing immortality by seeking refuge in the bodies of others.” The dead never stay dead anymore, do they?
