Tonight Conan had the cast of Orange Is The New Black on his show for their first-ever group late-night appearance, and he kicked off the festivities by having Laverne Cox, in character as Sophia, come by and do his hair. Naturally, the bit devolved into her making fun of him for his Bozo the Clown–like coiffure and his womanly voice (Cox to Conan: “You really are an inspiration, the very first transgender talk-show host.”) Speaking of which: Can we please have a transgender talk-show host, and can the host be Laverne Cox? She is the best.
